Causes: human factors and visibility of machinery, equipment and molds.

 

(1): The profile extruded by the die above the double-hole (porous structure), because the speed of the die hole is uneven, the length of the profile is uneven, and the entrance and exit will scratch the profile at this high temperature, resulting in a certain amount of total The wide blocky black-white matte surface, the scratched surface of the profile after air oxidation is dark gray and black. It is a waste material in the processing and extrusion of aluminum profiles.

 

(2): The aluminum profile processing mold has been used for too long, and there are a lot of aluminum metal materials at the entrance and exit of the mold empty knife, support pad, special type pad, etc., when the profile flow diameter mold is empty, the support pad, the special type pad, make the profile Bruises. Such situations are very rare.

 

(3): The aluminum profiles on the side of the cooling bed are sometimes not neat on the iron shelf, or when inspecting the profiles, one of them twitches, causing them to rub against each other, resulting in abrasions of the massive teeth of the profile (under normal temperature). ), especially the wide profile (atmospheric pipe, semi-through material, splicing, etc.) or curved profile that will cause surface scratches!

To avoid the mold pad sticking to aluminum, apply some high-purity graphite oil when the pad temperature reaches 150 degrees.

 

(3): When the aluminum profile is extruded, it must be carried out one by one, and the cut profile must not be stacked on top of the second layer and the upper profile.

 

(4): Profiles on service platforms such as cooling beds, feeding tables, and sawing tables are not suitable for over-deposition. The profiles are separated from each other, and the following workers should actually operate as soon as possible to avoid friction and collisions between aluminum profiles.

 

(5): The aluminum scraps caused by aluminum profile processing, sawing, framing, packaging and other technological processes must be blown off every time (roots, branches) before actual operation can be performed again.

 

(6): Bundle firmly during transportation to prevent the profile from shaking. The high surface requirements must be separated and bundled with plastic deformation (foam) paper branches. Start the turn slowly, drive stably, pay attention to sudden braking!
